West Coast-Inspired Workstations and Custom Features for a Midsize Office

This project showcases a tenant improvement (TI) designed to elevate a midsize coworking environment by incorporating modern and functional design elements. Workstations were crafted using native West Coast wood species, providing a natural aesthetic that reflects the local environment. The bases for these workstations were outsourced, while the locally sourced wood ensured high-quality, sustainable finishes. The layout was designed to support a flexible workspace that could function as an open coworking area or be reconfigured into smaller, private spaces.
Custom CNC work added a personalized touch to the project, featuring the company name and motivational quotes prominently displayed on the walls. These unique design elements brought a sense of innovation and forward-thinking to the space, creating an atmosphere that aligns with modern tech-focused environments.
